Where it all began...

μεαντ παξιμάθια

Growing up Greek, meant paximathia or μεαντ παξιμάθια (the Greek version of biscotti) were served at every occasion. Quickly becoming addicted to this sweet toast, I got a hold of my Yia Yia’s (grandmother) recipe and started baking. It was with my coffee in my first cubicle, next to my wedding cake, and many more events both bitter and sweet. The birth of my daughter, LulaMae, fueled my desire to further create and build a legacy for her. With a family full of chefs and restaurateurs, it was only fitting to establish LulaMade Biscotti Bar in 2018.

May you and your family break this sweet bread together through life’s adventures!
